Please note that multipled applications may be received on the same property, and we process all applications in the order in which they are received. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process an application, depending on the availability and cooperation of previous landlords and employers. Incomplete applications will be returned and not processed.
Once your application is approved, you will have 48 hours to sign the Lease and pay the nonrefundable Reservation Deposit of $250, or we reserve the right to move on to the next qualified applicant. The effective date of the Lease can be set for no more than 30 days from the date of application approval. Prior to obtaining keys and obtaining occupany, new residents must pay the first month's rent along with the Security Deposit in certified funds (the $250 Reservation Deposit will be applied toward this amount due). Security Deposits are typically equal to one month’s rent. However, in cases where there are more perceived risks due to credit, income, rental history, etc., the Landlord reserves the right to require a higher security deposit.
